A PRAYER INITIATIVE FROM LUTON INTERNATIONAL CHURCH

Pray for the Christians in Pakistan

The Christians in Pakistan need our prayer support. Mr Edward Masih, originally from Pakistan and now the Senior Pastor of Luton International Church, has been informed about the recent persecution and killings of Christians in Pakistan:

• 4 Churches were torched.
• 3 Christians were killed.
• Many Christians were wounded in attacks in Karachi.
• In the North West Areas of Pakistan thousands of Christians have become refugees.
• There is no help from the government.

Please pray for protection for our brothers and sisters in Christ in Pakistan!

Pastor Edward and 9 other members and friends of LIC went to Israel from 4th Jan to 11th Jan. They were blessed abundantly in the Holy Land. Report to follow.

We celebrated a lovely 12th anniversary of LIC. Many friends of LIC came to celebrate with us. Karin from Germany was preaching with an anointing power.

We had a lovely time with Karen Grazier and her team from Texas USA. Karen is an ordained minister and founder and director of Kingdom Jewels International.

Luton International Church was celebrating its 11th Anniversary on Saturday 17. November 2007. God blessed us abundantly. Many friends of LIC came to celebrate with us the 11th anniversary of LIC. Pastor Edward was preaching with an anointing power .

Guest Speakers were adherent to Sikhism.

Jugdish Singh and his wife Surinder from Wolvrhampton. Before they found Jesus Christ as their personal saviour they were adherent to Sikhism. Today both are serving the Lord in the Wolverhampton Asian Christian Fellowship.

1st April to 7th April 2007

5 Bible Students from The Continental Theological Seminary in Belgium

On 31st March 4 Bible Students from the Continental Theological Seminary are supporting our ministry for 1 week. Their work will include street evangelism, leading our Bible and Prayer Meeting on Tuesday, supporting our Ladies' Meeting on Thursday, leading our Fasting Meeting on Good Friday and leading our Sunday Service on 1st April. May God bless their work.

New Bible Students

We welcome three students from Luton Christian College to our church. They are supporting our ministry for three months.  It will be part of their study programme to gain practical experience in church ministry.

Luton International Church was celebrating its 10th Anniversary on Saturday 11. November 2006

God blessed us abundantly. Many friends of LIC came to celebrate with us the 10th anniversary of LIC. Pastor Roy Brewer was preaching with an anointing power about the fire of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Edward was in Pakistan (16.Nov.-01.Dec) on a mission trip to support the annual "tent mission" event. More to come.

Pastor Edward was in Germany Frankfurt a. Main (5. - 8.October) to support Pastor David's Church. Pastor Edward was speaking at various meetings, including Sunday 8.October. He returned on 8.October in the Evening. Thank you for all your prayers.
